On his critically acclaimed debut release, Ziolek attempts to convey the emotions and reflections resulting from the social and artistic isolation caused by the pandemic. It is also a dream journey to the mysterious and unexplored world of Polish highland folklore immersed in contemporary improvised music. The album presents the pianist's original compositions, performed by his award-winning quartet of the brightest stars of the Polish jazz scene, including trumpeter Marcin Elszkowski, bassist Piotr Narajowski and drummer Bartosz Szablowski. In 2022, the album was awarded the Polish National Institute of Music and Dance's Phonographic Jazz Debut of the Year.
